Here is a simple, moisturizing facial mask recipe made with just a few ingredients. Milk, Oats and Honey. I would recommend using organic if you can find it at your local market. The ingredients can be doubled or tripled, so it makes it easy to make smaller or bigger batches. Make it for yourself or share it with friends! You can seperate the base into our reusable mason jars and tie the recipe around the jar to give as a gift. The can add their honey and water right into the container and seal it for a few applications.
Base Ingredients
1 C Oats
1 C Powdered Milk
Mask Ingredients
2 T of the above base ingredients
1 t Honey
If you use actual Royal Jelly add a splash of hot water.
Mix together oats and powdered milk in a grinder or food processor until it becomes a powder.
In a bowl add your honey. Then add 2 Tablespoons of your dry base to the honey. Stir to combine. If you find it to stiff add a splash of warm water. You can add dry base or water until it feels spreadable.
Wet your face and spread the mask evenly onto your skin, gently rub.
Leave the mask on for 5 min then rinse.
